I've endured a love/hate/forget it relationship with planners and agendas since I was 16. Franklin Covey wasted my time & made my brain hurt. Everything else fell somewhere between too rigid & confining and so flexible as to be rather useless. (I found ONE paper agenda that worked fairly well but w/o online update & collaboration, it was useless for my family of 3.)

Enter Today ToDo. I tried the free version on a whim, not really expecting much b/c as much as I crave pretty it has rarely equaled effective.

Color me stunned. I got more done in the first 2-3 days than I have in yrs. I'd upgraded to Pro before the end of the week. It was the 2nd app I'd paid for in over a year!

The simple, pleasant design makes me WANT to open it. The intuitive, graphic based, uncluttered usability of it was EXACTLY what my rattled adhd brain had been craving. In 2 short months it has become like water to me, an absolute necessity. I manage a busy self-employed schedule, speaking engagements, a teenager, and co-lead a Girl Scout troop - all more effectively & efficiently because of Today.

Don't burn precious time & energy jacking with a ToDo manager where entering a task is a task itself. Give Today a shot & let it surprise you with just how darn pretty productivity can be!

I've tried the ToDo's available. I keep coming back to the incredibly functional and brilliant ease of use here. I can enter, categorize, set dates and recurring tasks in mere seconds, simply. There is no need to drill down to unnecessary complexity. This wonderful app has the same ease of writing down a "list", but with enhanced reminder and organizing, back up ability, plus a lot more I can access, change, delete, organize without getting bogged down with the impersonal complexities that most To Do apps are riddled with. Did I mention it easy to use? Beautiful?
